Our Story

Four generations of women in my family
Four generations of women in my family.

For generations, the women in my family practised Traditional Chinese Medicine, passing their knowledge quietly from one pair of hands to the next.

Growing up in China, these rituals were simply part of everyday life: herbal teas simmering in the kitchen, acupressure for tension. It was never something extraordinary. It was simply how we cared for ourselves.

At 16, I left China and moved to the UK on my own.

For the next two decades, I chased success. I built a career in tech, worked for companies like Meta, founded my own startup, and raised millions from Silicon Valley investors.

From the outside, life looked successful. Inside, I was deeply disconnected from myself.

Years of stress, pressure, and living in survival mode eventually caught up with me. My body was constantly trying to get my attention: poor sleep, brain fog, hormonal imbalance, low energy, acne, hair loss, weight retention, burnout.

I kept pushing through until my body stopped whispering and started shouting.

When everything I knew stopped working, I found myself returning home, not just to a place, but back to my body, my culture, and the wisdom I had grown up around.

Through simple daily rituals with herbs, acupressure, tapping, and ear seeds, I slowly returned to myself.

Inner Flow was born from that return.

Our mission is simple: to share accessible wellness tools inspired by ancient wisdom, helping people reconnect with their bodies and themselves.

The symbol on our seal carries my great-grandmother's family name. She was one of the first women who introduced me to these practices. This is her legacy.

May Inner Flow be an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
