Materials. Hand-finished from high-quality wood and plastic, smooth and balanced in the hand.

Choosing your size. The Small tapping stick (90g) is lighter, 35 x 8 cm, and travel-friendly. A gentle weight suited to the arms, chest and a softer daily practice. The Large (180g) has more heft, 41 x 10 cm, so the rhythm carries with less effort, suited to the back, legs and a fuller routine. Many people keep both.
