Refund policy

We want you to feel settled with what you bring home. If something isn't right, you can return it.

Our 30-day promise. You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging. This sits on top of your statutory right under UK consumer law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Hygiene items. For hygiene reasons, ear seeds cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened. This is noted on the relevant product pages. Unopened packs are covered by the full 30-day window.

Refunds. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to the original payment method. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us and we will put it right at no cost to you.
