Refund policy
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order with us for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and we ask that you let us know within this window.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once their packaging has been opened (for example, ear seeds). This will be clearly indicated on each product page.
