Ear Seed Starter Kit

A small daily ritual you can wear through the day. Ear seeds rest on points of the outer ear, mapped in traditional Chinese practice, and you press them gently with a fingertip whenever you remember. This kit holds everything you need to begin, and to keep going.

• 20 magnetic ear seeds, in your choice of gold or silver finish
• 10 herbal practice seeds, the traditional plant seed, for trying placements as you learn
• An ear-seed placement pen, to position each seed precisely
• 4 alcohol wipes, to clean the ear so each seed sits well
• Access to our illustrated Ear Map Library, showing where to place each seed and the tradition behind it

How it works

Covered by our 30-day returns. For hygiene, ear seeds can't be returned once the sealed pack has been opened; unopened packs are covered in full.
