Cancellation policy

Your ear seed refill subscription is flexible and yours to control. There is no minimum term, no lock-in, and no cancellation fee.

You can cancel or pause at any time. To do so, sign in to your account and manage your subscription there, or email us at hello@inner-flow.shop and we will take care of it for you.

If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded, but nothing further will be taken once you have cancelled.
